The introduction of the new final examination for the IT vocations not only included the implementation of new examination methods, it also comprised a transition from action-oriented to process-oriented examination. This new way of examining has confronted examination authorities with a series of challenges. These need to be met in order to facilitate optimum use of the potential of process-oriented examination. To what extent has this been achieved? What remains to be done? These questions were investigated in an evaluation survey. The results are represented in this publication.
