Helping vocational training practitioners!

Implementation guides, tips for use in day-to-day practice and explanatory comments on new occupational profiles

In the years since 1996, a total of 230 recognized occupations that require formal vocational training have been developed or updated (101 between 2000 and 2004 alone) in order to equip young people with marketable skills and prepare them for a flexible, dynamic and fundamentally changed working world.01 But how are vocational training practitioners in companies and vocational schools being prepared for the implementation of these new training requirements? What aids are available for informing them about the objectives of the new regulations, acquainting them with the new provisions in in-company training curricula and the skeleton curricula for vocational schools or for providing them practical tips on implementing the new training requirements?
