Sample initial training contract
- Board of the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training approves recommendation -
The Board of the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training ("BIBB") approved the Recommendation concerning a Sample Initial Training Contract that replaces the Recommendation of the Federal Committee for Vocational Training from 9 June 1971 concerning Initial Training Contracts and the Recommendation of the Federal Committee for Vocational Training from 24 August 1971 - Instructions for Initial Training Contracts.
The Board's recommendation:
The amendment of the Vocational Training Act that went into force on 1 April 2005 necessitates a thorough revision and updating of the Sample Initial Training Contract and the accompanying Instructions for the Sample Initial Training Contract which are based on resolutions passed by the former Federal Committee for Vocational Training in 1971.
The Board of the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training advises parties to an initial training relationship to base their contractual relationship on the enclosed sample initial training contract and explanatory instructions.
