Board of the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training issues its official response to the Draft Report
The Board of the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) is assigned the statutory task of advising the Federal Government in all fundamental issues relating to vocational education and training.
In its meeting of 23 March 2006, the Board of the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training, a quadripartite body comprising representatives of the employers, employees, the federal states and the Federal Government, debated the Draft of the Vocational Education and Training Report 2006 submitted by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and passed a majority resolution in respect of its official response. Representatives of the Federal Government were not involved.
The groups of employer and employee representatives each held their own vote on the Draft of the Vocational Education and Training Report 2006. These minority votes are included as an addendum to the official response.
