Andreas Pieper is the new BIBB press spokesman
The "Press and Public Relations" division at the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) has a new head, Andreas Pieper having taken over as press spokesman at the institute, which is based in Bonn, on 13 April 2006. The 44-year old journalist had previously served for over six years as press spokesman at the National Agency "Education for Europe" at BIBB and succeeds Dr. Ilona Zeuch-Wiese, who is retiring from the position under the framework put in place by the Partial Retirement Act.
