BIBB Steering Committee recommends general guidelines for training arrangements for persons with disabilities.
At its meeting in Bonn on 20 June 2006, the Steering Committee of the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) unanimously adopted a recommendation for new uniform general Federal guidelines for training arrangements for persons with disabilities under § 66, Vocational Education and Training Act (Berufsbildungsgesetz - BBiG) and § 42m, Trades and Crafts Regulation (Handwerksordnung - HwO).
The Steering Committee of the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) has the statutory obligation to advise the Federal government in fundamental matters of vocational education and training. It is made up of equal numbers of representatives of the employers, the employees and the state and Federal governments.
