Information on content with a Creative Commons licence
Some of the articles and reports to be found on BIBB's website are published under a Creative Commons licence (type of licence: Attribution-Non-Commercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 Germany) and may be used by third parties when the terms of this license are observed. Content that is published under a CC licence must be clearly identified as such.
When you use articles or reports that have been published under a CC licence, please identify them as follows:

Where can I find articles on the BIBB website that were published under a CC licence?
You can look for articles with a CC licence by using the Search function. After conducting a search for a particular article or subject, you can search within the results for articles with a CC licence.

What about articles which do not indicate that they have a CC licence?
Any article that is not identified as having a CC licence is protected by copyright and may not be published by third parties without prior permission.
You may request permission to use copyrighted material on a case-by-case basis. However, permission to use such material is granted only in individual, very well-founded cases. When an exception is granted, use is usually permitted under a CC licence. Please indicate in a suitable form that BIBB is the publisher of the respective content and provide a direct link to the Internet address (URL) of the corresponding page on the BIBB website.

May I include links to content on the BIBB website?
You are welcome to set up links to content on the BIBB website for information purposes. However, the link may not create the impression that any special relationship, co-operation or partnership with BIBB exists. BIBB can provide a different versions of its logo for you to use to highlight such links.
