Due to the Europeanization and the growing challenges of globalization within the field of VET, partner meetings and the exchange of experiences are becoming important instruments for BIBB. This publication documents the qualification development in Montenegro, Austria, Hungary, Romania and Germany, outlining the actions taken by these countries due to the common challenges faced. Each national perspective reveals that structural-institutional approaches, programmatic-supporting approaches, as well as regulating approaches are chosen to adapt to the economic and demographic situation within each country.
