New president of Korean partner institute visits BIBB

On April 18, 2012, a delegation from our Korean partner institute KRIVET (Korean Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training, Seoul) led by its new president, Prof. Young-Bum Park, visited BIBB. Prof. Park was welcomed by the president of BIBB, Prof. Dr. Esser (picture).

The visitors briefed themselves extensively on the themes of inter-company initial vocational training, master craftsperson training and electromobility. Bearing in mind the idea of organising a joint workshop on the theme of "Master craftsperson training", the delegation also visited the Stuttgart chamber of skilled crafts. Other topics discussed were joint research projects and October's international vocational education and training conference in Hanoi.
