The film "Vocational Education and Training in Germany - Assuring the Future" presents the basic elements of the German VET system such as collaboration with government and industry, the "two learning venues" principle, and qualifications that are recognized nation-wide.
As Manfred Kremer, president of the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training said at the showing of the 12-minute film at the Frankfurt Film Museum on 19 May 2008, "Germany is involved in VET co-operation with the relevant organizations directly on location in more than 60 countries. German vocational education and training stands for quality and innovation - which we can present to a broad public with this film."
